Looks to me like as low as someone needs it to go to achieve their goals. How low I don't know.

Here's the latest BS PR using the word "possible" in the headline.
So Fitch wants to PR a statement about something he "might" do. Who would waste their time saying this? Why doesn't he tell us what he "possibly" may eat for dinner tomorrow as well. I smell bs with these PR's.
