Once the [Copaxone] trial starts, what is the usual timeframe is for the ultimate ruling?

We can use the Lovenox patent trial as a guide insofar as it had some superficial similarities to the Copaxone case:

• Multiple defendants (NVS/MNTA and MYL in the Copaxone case; Teva and Amphastar in the Lovenox case).

• Claims of inequitable conduct by the patent holder.

The Lovenox patent trial started on 12/4/06 and a ruling was issued by the Court on 2/9/07, so the whole process took a little more than two months.
