Definition of contemplating = to consider thoroughly; think fully or deeply about:

IMO the dilution comment was by design as well as the use of the word "contemplating". They knew the result of claiming this would be big drop in PPS. Why? Get rid of retail and make room for the new big buyers who are taking a stake in YRCW.

The way I read the PR is they may or may not dilute and it could be alot or alittle depending on near future events.

Do to the blatant vague nature of the PR it seems that it was intended to be this vague.
