Simply stated - you were told a lie. Maybe that will help you realize something about the person behind the voice that would lie to you. But, taking the high road, perhaps the person was just misinformed that gave you some bad information. In any event, if it were true, it would be classified information for a clown ceo to share. Consider, if I were funding this dungheap it would absolutely be sworn behind the scenes and the money would be channeled in such manner through agency and directly to the suppliers, payees, etc. and not through the hands of those who can't manage your money. AND, no Swinging Richard would have a clue from whence the money came ... what is true, I did offer some immediate cash to help tide over the filing shortfall but since that was poohpoohed by your grand poohbah I withdrew any further inroads toward this excuse of an investment and now i sit back, read the rantings here about once a month from a far away place and watch the dungpile smolder away.

If Mac and Ztsam wished for it they would have my vote for a fresh face on a BOD for this one. I won't waiver on my loyalty toward my friend Laser so I understand what it is to stick by a friend. Laser has shown he is willing to man up to an apology (though I disagree he owed one). That said, Mac and Z are right on, get you guys together with Scott and you 5 just might put a good spin on this one.
