You don't need to raise money if you have something sold or JV'd. Just my opinion. They say they don't need money. Obviously they need money (and a lot of it) to build a road, permit, drill, etc. IMO, if you're not asking for money you already have something done or close to being done to rocket this forward. All the more reason to be confident in SUGO.
