Having been an auditor once upon a time I can asure you that the CEO is the last one to control when something gets approved, signed off, and out the door these days ... most of the accountants and lawyers in the area keep reviewing and revisiting ....so the expectation might have been a tad optimistic in the PR but it tells me that they are close and besides seeing the current OS and reading the subsequent events I doubt if there is much of earth shakin' relevance for most of us...although they have been so complex I look forward to th future ones when we have the past off the filings.

What's most important to me is where we are goin and that seems to be very clear and very positive. JMHO.
