I did sell some of my position, most of my sales were on Fri. while I was out fishing. Almost all my GTC orders were filled except the ones higher than $0.015. Just like many of you I had high hopes for a reverse merger and thought this was going much higher. The fact however, there was almost no volume this morning with very few buyers tells me the big move upward was already stalled. That tells me that the folks that ran this thing, already exited on Fri.

I have seen this scenario play out many times and I have also been on the short end of the stick. That is why I tend to stay away from these momo plays because the floor can drop out anytime.

The good news is that the company is actively looking for a business to put in this shell but I don't expect it will happen until the second half of the year.
