Bolivia is coming along but there truly is large divide there between the haves and have nots. The middle class has expanded, geez, 40% of the population could actually afford Big Mac.
An interesting point to make about GE is that they plan to improve the Cangalli infrastructure and clean up the water as they use it for production. The locals should benefit from GE's success.
GE's community service is one of the things that keeps them in good stead with the Government there, from what they say.
