Just one quick point on the timing of the pr, if you notice the wording of the JV release it says 45 days from when all parties agree ( or something like that) michael did not sign until the 22nd I believe so someone said march 1 it could however be later. Again if you have been holding long enough another week isn't going to kill me. However I hear you it is getting down there, farther then I anticipated. But hell it's cheaper then flying to Vegas.
