lol, i experienced -70 windchill at a greyhound bus/truck stop somewhere about the great lakes
.. out from NY many years ago .. wasn't snowing just zero visibility because of windblown snow ..

i asked the bus driver after we'd been there for a few hours and buses kept coming in .. how
come buses are still leaving NY? .. he said, because the guy in charge of that is sitting
in an office in Tampa, think it was, looking out his window at a beautiful sunny day ..
