You are so far out in left field you are miles away from the ball park.
You need to call your ex contacts inside the company and find out who dropped the ball. The jack is not to be trusted, so why would you take anything he states as the truth?
The fact is the jack had the original, and only copy, of the document for getting a release signed as a contingent action, to 30 million shares being returned to the treasury.
The jack supposedly lost that document.
He then lost several consulting agreements and dreamed that he had a consulting agreement where there was none.
All in all his epic failures are legendary.
He did not get the release signed, no he lost the document instead, and 30 million shares promised for return to the treasury went by by. I signed the document and passed the word to everyone that I knew to also please sign the document. The jack wasted valuable time trying to coerce all those involved to sign a power of attorney stating the jack was their representative. No one went for that, I wonder why!
He then walked away from an additional 13 million shares and left Exobox and many former Exobox insiders in the suit.
Way to go jackie boy. Brilliant!
I'll bet when the votes were tallied, an overwhelming majority of the shareholders voted to withhold an endorsement for the jack as CEO. I bet the only votes he managed to collect were from his family and the BOD.
Wonder what the jack has up his sleeve now, ok other than a ham sandwich, three pieces of pie, a bag of chips, a six pack of soda and a chocolate cake?
