Not without seeing the actual contract, which I doubt any of us will see. Ask BP to see their contracts and see how fast you get thrown out.
Given the huge demand, it should be safe to assume that CWRN has reached a favorable arrangement, even though they are a "new" supplier.
The timing could not be better.
