YES It is much easier than the SEC site
On a side note I just looked up all the "Quarterly report filed by institutional managers, Holdings" on the SEC website and found that this web site just compiles what is reported to the SEC every quarter.

So here is food for thought for everyone that feels they might mis some new news or sec filing (I think this was mentioned before). Look into a "Web Page Monitoring" app and set it up for the KAT website, Kat SEC reporting page or any other funds. Then when the report hits it will let you know when to look. I will not recommend any one in particular just google and make you own choices on that.

But I find it very handy.
