That is an interesting perspective. I think there are opportunities here for both short term and long term investors.
In the short term, this stock could easily explode off of good news. Anyone who has been in this for a while has seen it happen before. Some of us where not smart enough to see at that point (me).
In the long term, since 2006 more people live in cities than in rural areas and water resources and the cost of fuel are more an issue now than they have ever been, so if indeed the technology is as effective as they claim then there are a great deal of long term opportunities. However that type of sustainable increase in share price would take years.
