Gtel went to sanswire for their strat idea.
But instead of merging or taking it over they just bought all their ideas and key people.
And left snwr.pk as a shell company. Basically with nothing.

snwr shareholders got gtel shares for the deal.

Then gtel made a division called "Sanswire Networks" which is their sanswire division.
They bought the name too lol

swnr has a slightly different name, and soon they'll have to drop the sanswire name entirely
