I know that they have 87 employees and almost all their SBIR'S were specifically to design high pressure fuel injectors for TACOM. I think the article you linked to earlier (which has disappeared) which mentioned TACOM choosing Sturman may have stated the wrong SBIR number because the technology discussed has more in common with SBIR A032-1846 than A09-199. Also, Sturman is still on Phase I in regards to A09-199 and TACOM would not be selecting them until after Phase II.
