You too Hawg! The article says they're meeting Peck to finalize this within 10 days. I was at first very PO'd when I'd heard that Barclay's won, but the wierd thing is that it appears to me actually Lehman won...just not as much as they had hoped for. I never thought that Lehman was contesting the sale, just the shenanigans with the transaction that Barclays hoped nobody would notice.....more precisely, siezing some AND asking for more cash assets that never belonged to them....AS STATED IN THE CLARIFICATION LETTER! Looking forward to hearing the outcome in 10 days. Peck said that NO CASH MEANS NO CASH. He had better not flip on this one ;) I do not think he can. GLTA!
