Down. If it closes below .0027, even .0026, QBID will see the lower 20's. A major turnaround would need QBID to close above .0040. At that point an uptrend could be established. So basically, even if QBID closes at .0035 tomorrow, it won't mean anything until it can close above .0040.
The bollinger bands are closing in, we'll know more when they get closer together if QBID will drop to the teens, or go into the 40's. Those bands could take weeks to close the gap. It all depends if QBID trades in a trading range.
