PC is a commodity. Yes, INTC and DELL have profits, but the valuations are too high for commodity business. Some small tech stocks are fairly priced, but IBM, CSCO, INTC and DELL are overvalued. They are good companies but in bad business. INTC has not grown revenues for many years but it's still awarded high P/E like a growth stock.
