I am not sure whats your agenda here is but I very much doubt in what you are saying and couldn't believe anything you say. For the sake of longs here (not me), I only hope you are also one of them and know what you are talking about. Not just BSing around...

Well March 31st is not too far. BTW, company gets 30 day extension with the 10K filing means they have until April 30th to file it..... GL and JMHO.
