Have to do what you think is right. Treaty being a fully reporting company would have to file an 8K to such a material event. They have filed everything up to date including letters and other items for public disclosure, I feel if the deal fell through they would have filed, track record supports that. I am waiting this out for the filing or PR of explanation. Treaty is speculative but could be one of the biggest returns when Kansas closes and Belize starts pumping. This either will make you broke or rich, no in between with this one...

Gotta love a fully reporting company
