i mentioned this to someone along the way here already but if you look deep enough into a search of jezco you will find they already have had some contact with waste mgmnt. it appears as though wm began some type of deal with them or something but never followed through. jezco was awarded a sizeable amount of money I THINK. my memory is a little clouded.
