AWESOME POST ! but..
One has to wonder about (Ponit #1) You are correct that hedge funds are after BIG money and they want to invest in ZLUS. So at what point or % does this hedge fund own in each well they buy with ZLUS??

If ZLUS buys 3 wells. What % does ZLUS get? What % does the hedage fund get? There is room here for error. I hope not for the share holders sake.

Would the deal sound like this!. Zlus buys oil wells. Hedge fund gets 75% ZLUS gets 4%... who knows the deals until they fully report on each purchase.
