Kaliiho... I see the posting on the OTCBB that does indicate some change for DNAP...but...

The Form 15 CLEARLY states....SDE Holdings 1, Inc.

I still contend that DNAP is just cleaning up house, and the "de-register" of SDE Holdings 1, Inc. will clear the path for DNAP to cleanly go forward with licenses and acquisitions...

Until I find out more, I will hold to what's being de-registered on the Form 15...and that is SDE Holdings 1, Inc...
