SCAM COMNPANY: Funniest thing in the world to me is how this company has proven itself as a SCAM. Reference the "buyout offer," which obviously was fake and benefited the owners of both companies, except the shareholders, and yet there was no PR clearing things up. The PR that had to do with some weak reverse merger had no time frame. The price is dropping like a rock. Yet there are still people instructing newer investors to "Load Up" and "Buy the Cheapies while you can" and so forth. Who are you trying to convince? DEFINITE SCAM.
