Okay, I sorta get it.

So what kind of behavior on VERT's part is friendly to us, and what kind is not?

And what does it mean to say that VERT "has" a different Ask than the going ask??

Does it mean that he has shares that he won't sell unless that ask comes to where he wants? (And he can do this because of the size of shares he holds... hence the name "market maker"?) Is something like this right?

Again, I'm very new, and have no idea what I'm talking about.
