Market is giving another opportunity.....this should be up to .13 with the contracts on Green Building. The quality of the work is off the charts and with "This new JV project brings the yearly total of contracts to over $232,000,000.00 in U.S. dollars," and adds that, "business has picked up with negotiations on going in Mexico and Malaysia."

Its a head fake in this market!
