Again here are the sections Scott referred to:
I. As of February 13, 2011 there were no offers to the Secured Creditors to purchase the Secured Claims pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
11. This Order shall not prevent any person/entity from buying the Secured Creditors' claims.

Sounds to me like an entity like one sponsored by ESHC could swoop in and make everybody happy.

There is no train to the edge of knowledge, no plane. You have to go on foot.
