Diagnostics is currently a very small business for NVS, but management considers it a growth area, and the business was recently bolstered with the acquisition of GXDX (#msg-59092015).

Griffols, based in Spain, is one of the world’s leading plasma-protein companies and is in the process of acquiring TLCR (#msg-50961841).
