I don't pay attention to those technicalities, those are irrelevant on the bigger scheme.

The important point is whether the CPOW deals go through or not.

IMO the probability for the current agreements to go forward to the next phase is more than good, when we take into account all the surrounding factors (demand, capital, capacity, timing, connections, global events, etc.) described in detail on the DD we all have posted.
