You can have all the shares you want, you don't me to sell mine to you, all you need to do is buy them on the open market because the company will fully dilute the 7,000,000,000 authorized eventually and then what? This company will NEVER, EVER produce anything, they will never own anything other than possibly shares of other companies that they MAY acquire through issuing convertible debt deals, the problem is....THEY HAVE NO MONEY OR ABILITY TO OFFER FINANCING TO ANYONE except for what they can possibly scrounge up by diluting the rest of the A/S. I'm not sure if anyone here even understands what this company is or will soon be, but you'll eventually find out. There are no solar projects that the company will own, there are no battery factories that the company will own, there are no provisional patents that the company will own, there are no government contracts that the company will enter into.....Here's an item that you should get familiar with if you plan on continuing to hold shares: SECTION 55 OF THE INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT OF 1940. These guys have structured and will modify their compensation structure so you the shareholder of ATPT stock never, ever see a dime, they will siphon every penny of profits their investments make and if they lose, they will BK and hide behind the US Court System. By it's own admission and recent filing the company has told you their intentions to be A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.
