I am kinda separating Vacouver and UK in my mind. For now, UK is research and development, while Vacouver (CEO, COO and Institute B)is working on sales.

I could be way off, but I personally am thinking we get our first sale within the next 4 - 8 weeks. Just my gut feeling.
