Why should I concede ANYTHING? Are we in a Contest? NO! This is about ARTS a PUBLICLY held company and answers to many agencies not to one or a handful of individuals. Since when has Trading a Stock like ARTS become a Contest of WIN LOSE or as you say Concede? This Company will PAY or NOT Pay on an INDIVIDUAL not a Group.
