I think the delay of RR drilling results has to do with them not being as good as what they hoped, so they are dragging out on telling us anything until they have something else positive to report along with it to offset he bad news.
Why would they do this? No CEO trying their hardest to make a successful company wants their stock to be sub-penny. Its only another month before spring arrives, should be good news coming about work being done on another peoperty, perhaps Vale news.
