I have no idea but this doesn't look like a scam IMO. All I am concerned about is terms of merger since includes r/m. I like to know how many shares will be reduced when we merger. Key issue that leaves big unknown. The merger company is is too small to not have that be a big factor. Usually when you lose shares in a r/m its to gain big results the new company gains from the other company. Here based on what PR stated 700K sales so far I do not see the big results we will be gaining. Might get much bigger in years ahead but not when merger happens. I want them to disclose at least r/m share reduction terms.
