A Bancruptcy this time. Vaskers dilution machine is failing this time and he can't pay his salaries and over head.

The sooner the BK the sooner he and his family and his sister and her family will start to find out what it is to lose their homes and lawyer protection.

The first sign of this will be the 10Q many are hoping for a good final quarter, will be missed as he didn't sell an item on CSD and had to dump every thing on Craigs list and Ebay for funds.

No 10Q but a BK filing instead, his last kick to all the lenders and property leasors and back wagers and share holders who have been robbed of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars, many millions now in total these last several years!

He can not legally leave the country now as he has already has existing cases and the 'line' his lawyers (at ARTS share holders expense), are investigating the claims against him, won't save him, especially when he can no longer pay the lawyers.

May take a long while but he is going to go to jail as the swindler and criminal that he is; just the IRS alone can do it, FAST!
