This is old news. We new about this a year ago. If I invented the product the patent would be in my name also. All you need to care about is if the product works and will it make us money. Many patents are done this way. It makes the inventor a little bit more valuable to the company. As far as RJ Reynolds coming around in five years I wouldn't worry about that. Tobacco is on the way out. Ecigs are going to be alot bigger than tobacco in a few years. IMO
