You're making stuff up as you go along. ReelTime was still operational after BH was gone. Quit trying to make it sound like BH stole stuff. The business was bringing no revenues and gathered debt. As a person that has no delusions of what it takes to run a business, I personally was not surprised there was debt with no revenues. Whoever got surprised by this really shouldn't be in business. Debt is not the end anyway, but losing the hardware and software is.
