Yes in a way but once PSPW becomes one with Seawind VIA merger, that Albanian deal will be carried out and implemented through Seawind. PSPW is just a shell that Seawind is using to go public. They don't have the resources to build, just to get the deals signed for Seawind see how this works?

Do your own DD!! And don't ask anyone when news is coming out or what price will it go up to!
