Cograd on Condo closing! Think anyone buying in the depressed markets near term will do well ( I live in NYC and prices never bolted down and some places hitting new highs) as replacement cost should be much higher in years to come, although pesimists say home values will not reboot to full juice for 10 years. I am trying to buy in L.A. only nipped a small one on foreclosure and am in a short sale try for second but the bank can go silent on final outcome for months, and then I have to try again if rejected..........dream plan is to keep buying and trying and make some China money to keep it going after I toil to hoard some condo unit volume........but that is hard way as no leverage on these ploys like in old days where ya just let easy money mansion you more mansions,lol.
