IMHO,

Nothing is happening and no one in his right mind would touch this hudson site, knowing that there is a lawsuit pending from other lender, that would probably oppose any sale of the Hudson assets.

This is why they keep pushing the sale back. If there was anything being settled, then why would Glusic let go of all his shares, and why would the company be completely be silent about it ?

This is my 3 cents.
