I honestly thought Shareholders were "Lead to Believe" QASP was a Conglomerate, not a Shell.

How could QASP possibly be a Shell if Jeff says that they are going FULL BLAST with that Awesome Pilot School???

That in itself would disqualify QASP as a Shell, no?

What happened to the Airplane Manufacturing, Helicopter Parts, Flight Simulator, Recent Georgia Funding (PAPERS IN HAND!?!) Announced by Jeff which was to be released LAST YEAR, "LATE AGAIN" FULL COMPANY DISCLOSURE GOOD -OR-BAD???

Wouldn't that disqualify QASP as being a Shell?

A Shell does not have revenues.
A Shell does not have Deals Pending.

Wait a minute.

Maybe QASP IS a Shell!
