This is definitely a buy and hold type stock IMO, however they really need to get this selling wrapped up as CHDN has been in complete control of the upwards momentum here. However, I will say this, whoever is selling appears to be doing it in a controlled fashion, letting the price increase slowly but still there to cap any buying pressure which would create a spike. I see either a continued bullish pattern here or perhaps a spike if we get some good news, but I would advise selling the spike and setting buy orders back down at the trend line unless CHDN is completely gone from the ask when the spike occurs.
