Dave, I've been in since March 2009. What I had basically turned worthless when the RS took place and my "dividend" shares couldn't be sold (and basically still can't) so I just let them set. I have always seen the potential in NVSR, so I continued to monitor it and decided to average down my cost. It was too cheap at .01.

My strategy was to wait for a PR and sell it on a spike to get as much back out as possible.

After watching and reading about pending contracts and Govt mandates I have decided to go in deep and hold for a long haul.

Go NVSR!!!
