Yes read the por above in the stickies ...current shares are referred to as legacy shares . Krusecom is a private entity formed by Qsgi insiders after filing BK in 2009 . After the Confirmation on the 27th of Mar. Qsgi will merge with Krusecom . Clean shell merging with a profitable private entity .
