People have said with the STOP sign on Pink Sheets is proof that he is.

I don't recall anyone saying that the stop sign on Pink sheets proves that Brian Weber is a crook.

Now the STOP sign is gone and what do they say. It will come back.

Based on Brian Weber's actions to date with regards to this company, it is entirely reasonable to expect that he will once again fail to maintain the Current Info status. There is a clearly documented history of Brian Weber failing to file necessary materials in an accurate and timely fashion - unless it's entry forms for NASCAR races.

There was never any proof that Brian Weber is a crook.

There's loads of it and it's been pointed out to you dozens of times. You're choosing to ignore it.

Follow this link and read definition #4 for the word 'crook'.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/crook

A great many of Brian Weber's actions and statements are clear indications that he misrepresented both the intended use of money he raised from selling shares in a beverage company and the realities of the beverage company operation. Asking people to buy shares in your company based on misleading info and then taking the money and doing something else with it is swindling people out of their money. A swindler is a crook.

There was never any proof that he was a convected felon.

I don't recall anyone saying he's a convicted felon.

I believe what Brian Weber told me as the truth.

That's your right and for all anyone knows, perhaps he did tell you the truth. Too bad he doesn't tell anyone else the truth.
