The Disclosure Statement has the answers to your questions, March 7th the big day, In the DS it mentions the Merger with Kruse which the BK court will approve upon submission of votes from Creditors accepting this plan. Today's common shares are protected as Legacy Shares and the only way you will be able to trade Kruse, once public!
