A: We’ve repeated this countless times....the MEASURING period ends on Dec 31, 2010.

The payout goes to WHOEVER is holding the CVR on the LAST DAY OF TRADING...which is the Day they file their 10-K Annual Report...rumored to be around Feb 20-25...
