w, A Moderators job is not to "Pump the Stock", A Mods job is to moderate the board, do you know what the word even means? Besides taking care of the I-Box, the main job of a Moderator on a I-Hub board, is to oversee the postings and keep people from posting Personal Attacks, Off-Topic posts, Spam, ect. ect.
