I had my eyes on it for several months.
What I noticed that few weeks ago trading volume was practically zero. Then suddenly someone started to buy big chunk on phases. One day good buy good volume, next day nothing. This was happened 4 to 5 times atleast when PPS hovering between $0.0001 to $0.0004. Then from $0.0004 another big buy, PPS soared to $0.0008.

So simple common sense says that, someone knows something and buying big lots in phases. Big $$$ soon IMO
